Upon arrival, I found the carpet filthy and the bathroom floor soaked from a leaking toilet. The air conditioner was a nightmare, as it wouldn't stay on, leading to an uncomfortable night. Breakfast options were severely lacking, with no hot items available despite my past experiences indicating otherwise.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were excellent, great location just next door to Burkeville, about 15 miles outside of Blackstone vA for a family event with friends, many areas and restaurants. The room on a higher level. The service was excellent during my stay.
